Wedge

A wedge is a simple machine that makes work easier or faster. It is an object with at least one slanting side ending in a sharp edge. The wedge cuts or spreads an object apart. Here are some examples of wedges a knife, pin, chisel, ax, snowplow and the front of the boat.  Lots of people use it. It does not matter who uses it. If you want more information please write back.

Sincerely,
