Screw

A screw helps us do work easier and faster.  It looks like an inclined plane wrapped around a cylinder.  It keeps things together.  It keeps things together.  It allows the screw to move itself or to move an object or material surrounding it when rotated.  It holds things together or lifts things.  Some examples of screws are bolts, spiral staircases, jar lids, light bulbs, some chairs, clamps, jacks, wrenches, key rings and a corkscrew.  Every day people use jars; a lot of construction workers use screws.  If someone has a question you can ask us now.
Sincerely,
Zigzag and Brad

    Zigzag & Brad,
I like your examples of different kinds of screws. You came up with ones that most people don’t think about.

I wonder if there is a way to estimate all of the screws we have at school! Many are probably hidden!
