        Levers are some of the most important machines going. They’ve been around for thousands of years. By describing it, it has a bar that moves. It also has fulcrum that stays in place. Force is put on one side. It lifts or moves loads. Some examples are a fork a pair of scissors, shovel, nutcracker, seesaw, crowbar, elbow, tweezers, bottle opener, and a little handle that flushes your toilet. A wedge is a simple machine that makes work easier or faster. It is an object with at least one slanting side ending in a sharp edge. The wedge cuts or spreads an object apart. A screw helps us do work easier and faster.  It looks like an inclined plane wrapped around a cylinder.  It keeps things together.  It keeps things together.  It allows the screw to move itself or to move an object or material surrounding it when rotated.  It holds things together or lifts things.  Some examples of screws are bolts, spiral staircases, jar lids, light bulbs, some chairs, clamps, jacks, wrenches, key rings and a corkscrew.  Every day people use jars; a lot of construction workers use screws.  If someone has a question you can ask us now.
